European Luxury (furnished and refurbished)! -An Estate For Your Classy Sims!

This is the "refurbished" version of my earlier upload, European Luxury-An Estate for Your "classy" Sims!






Ive given it a new exterior, to match with the "European" side of Veronaville.
(hey...find the trend yet? first upload was Mediterranean Jewel, A Luxury estate for your VERY wealthy sims, and it was on the "mediterranean" side of Veronaville.)

Accommodate your life’s diverse pattern of formal occasions and casual times with this spacious home plan.
The exterior of this estate presents a palatial bearing; the interior is both comfortable and elegant. Formal areas are graced with amenities to make entertaining easy. Casual areas are kept intimate, but no less large.
The solarium serves both with skylights and terrace access.
Guests will appreciate a private guest room and a bath with loggia access on the main floor.
Family bedrooms and the master suite are upstairs.
Note the gracious ceiling treatments in the master bedroom, its sitting room, and Bedroom 2.

And now for MY text....

I've added to the plan, a large patio area, with an underground hot tub and a lowered pool area, and also an outdoor dining area covered with a steel gazebo, for chillin and grillin.

Ive also put a Bmw, a Koeneggsegg (sorry if spelled wrong), and a decked out Ferrari Enzo, in the 3 car garage, PLUS i placed a piece of "invisble" driveway, so i could place a Harley Davidson there. Plus ive added a rear garden path that leads to a pond and the driveway.
