About Me:

I mainly build houses from plans at Architecturaldesigns.com, but I do accept requests (only if the plans are do-able, or its a REALLY good idea.(make it worth my time)).I also use quite a bit of custom content, mainly build mode stuff, and some sets as well. I usually have my Sims live in my newest house, so therefore all of my houses are playtested. Do not post anything to other downloading sites without my permission and a link back to this page. Please do not upload anything to the exchange or paysites, because the creators of all the custom content I use would be very angry. Thank You.
