Ok she was very hard to attempt to recreate lol this is what I have come up with. Anyway the hair is a recolour of an xmsims mesh.

Follow the link to their website (below) and the mesh is on page 85.

You don't have to do this if you don't want the hair, but if you do then download my recolour aswell.

Dress is actually a recolour by Gilysse
which kate beckinsale wore to a premier however it looks very much like the dress i wanted for Kate winslet. You don't actually need the dress as i haven't included it.

I tried to put some jewlerry on her but it just flashes blue lol soo sorry its not that detailed.
