This little cozy cottage is from my "Arlington Cove" neighborhood, which is comprised entirely of starter homes (so you will be seeing many more homes from this neighborhood soon LOL).

~NOTE~

The decorative items in the pond were used with the 'Move_Objects on" code, so please keep this in mind if you want to add more decoration or move some of the current decoration around.

~Exterior~

- Fully fenced yard w/double gate.
- Pre-placed exterior house lights (for both front and back doors)
- Pond
- Shade Trees (front and back)
- Floral edging along front of house (which leaves much of the back yard available for recreational items, a small pool and/or large water balloon/snowball fights)

~First Floor~

- Open floor plan
- Lots of natural lighting
- Wood floors
- Wallpaper

~Second Floor~

- Bathroom
- Open bedroom ('L' shaped)

~Further Notation~

Because of the particular design of this home, you will find that it will not be necessary to 'move' your Sim(s) from this home to a larger home right away. I have left this home to be completely expandable both upwards and outwards (outwards to a certain extent of course, given the lot size), thus allowing your Sim(s) to save up more money for that 'dream home'.

The bedroom is also large enough to add a 'nursery' into that space, without having to expand onto the house itself. Just in case your Sims are starting new families
