Rising almost ominously from behind the lush golden colored autumn trees, this victorian mansion is brought to you just in time for Halloween/Samhain!

Standing a staggaring 5 stories above the street level (this is including the gables and foundation), this victorian work is a sight to behold indeed. But, there's just one catch. There's only one way in....and only one way out. Literally.
Muwahahaha....

Perfect for the Vampire Sims, and hauntingly refreshing for Goths, Wiccans, Aliens and Fae. Even those who practice Lycanthropy will be greatly pleased with such lavish and expansive living quarters! Why, even the ghosts will be thrilled to death.......erm, nevermind. They're already dead. Anyway....

~NOTE~
The bulk of the trees on this property are in the front of the home. This is to make the home appear as if it is 'rising' from behind a small park area, even though said 'park area' is part of the property. Thus, there is literally only ONE way to access the home for your Sims...which, of course is quite an advantage for those lovely Vampire and Lycanthropy Sims, and for those Sims who have 'social issues' and just can't get enough guests to stick around and chat for awhile (I have one of those Sims... I think she needs to see a psychologist...better yet, a vampire)

~NOTE~
3rd floor has only one access, which is through the master bedroom. There is another area on the opposite side of the home that can be refurbished to allow for a secondary 'secret room', but the stair access to that room will have to be placed in the secondary bedroom in order to keep the roofing in place in the middle section of the home.

~Note on Screen Shots~
I have included an open screen shot of the foundation level. The reason for this is because the size of the home would also allow several areas of the foundation to be used as a basement/dungeon/mad scientist's lab, etc. Also, I have included a screen shot of the '5th' story of this house (marked as the '4th story gables'), which consists of several gables, 2 of which can be made into 'window's peaks'. You will have to modify these areas for your own chosen use.

Lot is very large. For those on slower systems, please download with the understanding that the size of this lot might cause noticeable slowing in your game play.
