I was inspired by apartments that were recently built in my neighborhood and I decided that my simmies should live in such apartments.

The house is unfurnished, it's base game compatible, no EPs needed and it has no custom content.

It has three floors and a basement, first floor is meant for 1 person or a married couple, second and third floor are meant for families with one or two children and you can keep aspiration and career rewards in the basement
Each apartment has 1 bathroom and two small balcony's .
1st floor apartment has 1 bedroom, but a large kitchen, living room and it has a hallway.
2nd and 3rd floors have two bedrooms and a smaller kitchen and living room. Living room is also the dining room, so if your sims like to live in crowded but comfortable small apartments these are perfect for them.
There is enough room for a driveway and you can even build a pool behind the house.
