American Way™ 108

American Way™ is my series of typical american houses (colonial style, country style etc). Cause my Sims should live real I use real houseplans.

This house is the result of a little challenge with my friends cmkb396 and teril02. Everyone of us sent a plan to the other. So once you will find 6 HOUSES as the result of this challenge.
Although it's only a challenge and not a contest, there will be ONE WINNER: the community!

Covered front porch. Covered and open terrace. Daylight basement. Indoor pool.

Plan Description
1st level: Family room with fireplace. kitchen, dining area, office, master bedroom, full and half bath, laundry, recreation center with sauna and pool. 2nd level: Bedroom with full bathroom. Lower level: 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms, game room, exercise room, bonus room.

"design by your own"-empty house (some outdoor plants included) - Why unfurnished? Reason is written in my profile!

special info: this house is not 100% like the original because of the diagonal garage. I tried this and I tried that and hope that using the space for a great recreation room is a good solution.
