A gardener's delight

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath rancher, that is best suited for 2 sims, possibly 3. It has a big yard around it with plenty of trees and shrubbery. If you have Seasons, you could move some plants around and have a potential garden for harvesting. It comes fully furnished and decorated.

The interior has a comfy country theme. The entrance to the foyer is on the side of the house, which leads up to an spacey open-concept kitchen and family room. The focal point of the house is a centered fireplace and it also serves as a divider from the living room to the dining area. Through the hallway is a tastefully decorated bedroom and the main master bedroom. To the left and rear of the house is a full 4-piece bathroom. There's also an empty room infront of the carport for whatever you want to use it for.

Note: The pictures show 2 vehicles in the carport, the one where the truck sits is the actual (invisible) driveway, the second car was used just to fill in space with moveobjects on. You can get Fresh-Prince's VW Golf here. No cars included in the package.




This house has been play-tested with a copy so it should be problem-free, only if you want your sims to watch the TV behind the fireplace than you must angle the sofa differently.
