well this is a basic 2 bed starter it has 2 bathrooms, and i have no idea how much it costs i predict about 17k.
lot size: 2x2-asked to include by upload manager
It is based on a maxis house but i changed it loads so its not actually one of my creations (technically) hope you like it look at the floorplan for more details.
No custom content, unfurnished
