This mod allow to Perform Tai-Chi autonomously in Asia destination only.(by request)

Compatibility note:This mod non compatible with Pescado's (MATY)antivacationactions mod.

Bonus:

paint_4allenabled - this mod allow non-playable(visitors)sims to use easel autonomously.
Non-playable can only to paint,and cannot scrap painting.
Very useful for dorms,where non-playable YAs now will able to paint and when painting ready you can sell it.

workout_4allenabled - this mod allow non-playable(visitors)sims to use
autonomouslyall non-expensive exercise machines on any res./comm./business lots.Advertising lowered to middle range from 50!!!?(EA def for expensive exer.machines)to 20 min.fun(i.e.visitors will not run to exer.machines first of all).

Unzip and put in Downloads.
