There are two tiles by Frillen, and two Maxis downloads from Maxoid Monkey. No other custom content or recolors are included.

An out-of-this-world entirely self-contained space habitat for all your space traveling colonies. Harsh outdoor living conditions are no problem. The top floor of the business complex includes a green house for gardeners.
