I really enjoy this house, and its layout. The open concept downstairs, and the gorgeous balcony at the rear of the house make it easy and convenient to navigate.
The basement has been renovated for a guest suite, or a recreational room. In other words, its perfect for when the inlaws decide to move in with you and disrupt your quiet, suburban life! ;-)
The house is partially furnished, with the living rooms and most bedrooms still needing furniture and some paint. I'm sure you're up to the task!
You will need the spiral staircase, but it's a great addition to your custom contents library. Trust me, you'll use it too in your developments!
