Heres another house I was actually surprised how this came out. I was only trying to throw together a small house so I could get to playing this new family and once I added the windows and such it came out looking like this. I absolutely love it!. Its perfect for a single sim or a small family.

2 bed 1 bath. Living. Kitchen. Side area(for computer or whatever). Open floor plan. 2 stories.Furnished with landscaping. I added a fake driveway so if you have Nightlife theres room for a real one. $34,909
