The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large upper and lower decks, hottub, and incredible view of the ocean (if you place it on a lot near the water). Sims will have plenty of space for parties or growing families as they enjoy the laid back life style of being near the beach. This lot looks especially good in my new terrain, Isla Chica. Let your Sims hiit the motherlode and drop out at the beach.
