Starter Home - 1 Holywell Street - No CC!

Since this is my first upload, it is not of the utmost quality, but is a good simple starter home for up to 4 sims. I'd also like to make a note that although I have set all the EPs as required, I only used items from the base game, and one item from FreeTime. I wasn't sure of which EPs were actually required, so thought I'd play safe. Without further ado, here are the lot details;

The lot costs ยง19,069 and has all necessary features included, plus some additional features. The lot has been built on a 2x2 lot, and although small has plenty of room for your Sims. The house is built on a foundation, so has the potential for you to add a basement.

The rooms included in 1 Holywell Street are:
-Small kitchen
-Small dining area
-Medium(ish) living area, with desk
-Master bedroom
-Second bedroom, sleeps 2
-Bathroom

This starter home also has a small back yard with a swing and bench. I'm guessing you want to see some screenshots of the home, so here they are:
