hey all! i'm quite proud to present my first upload to modthesims2 i wanted to give something back to the community, after using so much from the many talented creaters here.

europa is a (potentially) 2 bedroomed studio home. i say potentially because apart from the kitchen and bathroom, the house is unfurnished. there is enough space for a double bedroom and a single bedroom, making the house perfect for a small family. some of the features of the lot include:
  • single car garage, but with driveway space for another
  • ground floor kitchen/dining room opening onto a small patio area, which could be modified to create a garden plot
  • split level basement which could be a guest bedroom (or a subterranean lab, whatever you fancy)
  • covered porch, with a screened sunroom section
  • open plan first level
  • second floor sunroom facing a roof garden accessible through the adjacent double bedroom

i'm unsure about some of the compatibily things, because i didn't use a lot of furniture. i know seasons will be required because i used the juice maker in the kitchen. i think bon voyage will also be required because i used some of the newer plants to decorate the house. the main thing is that i don't know what objects came with what expansion. so, anyone wishing to challenge my 'games required' section is welcome to do so :P
