Ok this is a mountain side home (understatement of the year)

There is an elevator(lift :P) and lobby area on almost every level, which there are 7 of by the way!!

There are large spans of room in this place, and i left some of it empty for you to fill as you please, especially if you have objects from other expansions which require lots of space or their own room =]

there are two pools, one indoor, 5 double bedrooms (at least, there is room for more), several sitting rooms, large living rooms with large sofa's and wall mounted tv's, a buffet room and dining area (in the same room), large kitchen and seperate dining room.

there are several balconies which can be used for anything you like really, outdoor entertainment mostly, there's a spa further down the hill from the pool, and an outdoor dining area aswell. two of the major bedrooms have their own seperate entertaining/study areas, theres just one formal study on the bottom floor, but at least 3 computers. a gym!! with that electro dance sphere thingo which i think is a godsend!! i left the top floor empty to do what you want with, i was REALLY limited with the pictures because there were so many floors, and i had some darn good ones too!! :P

dont forget!! there's also a pool house which adds on an extra bedroom and kitchen! =] and the roof is empty and has access so do what you like with it!! i had a spa there for a while but i was pushing the $400,000 mark so i decided to back of it a bit :P

this place is designed for those sims who are... lets just say, happy to 'flaut' their riches!

it costs $388,993 but hey, its soo worth it!!
