I remodeled this house, because I didn't like the old one maxis made. It was just not enough room for the very rich sims that I have. Now this house has four levels, and a basement. A kitchen, plenty of bedrooms, a bunch of living space, and plenty of bathrooms for having huge parties. 
Their Is also a huge greenhouse with a nice pool inside it.
Plus thier is a basket ball court with a basement. In this basement are the following, sauna, pool table, bar, bathroom, dartboards, and a jacuzzi. there is also an oriental roofed deck with a sunken jacuzzi inside it.
