The Springs Mansion

Mansion: The Springs Mansion: An weathly family once lived here, with long generations recieving the house. They were known as the most popular and sometimes dysfunctional family but now the last Spring child has left the house and decided to sell it. Taking the graves of thier dead relatives but leaving items and furniture behind as they moved to another Mansion. Now the question is, which family legacy will inherit the house? .


Hi, I am Willow's Tara, many of you may not or do know me, for years I have been downloading Sim CC and now I think it's about time I give something back to the community. I have downloaded over 2888 files in the past (Well not anymore since my computer was wiped and I started fresh with the mods and CC). So here is a 2 story Mansion with an attic.

1 Kitchen
1 Living room
1 Enterainment area
1 attic (Which can be counted as a third floor but it's small
Swimming Pool
1 Garage with a car inside.
1 Veranda
1 nursey

Price: $234.736

NO CC or hacks were with this lot, it's all Maxis (You don't need an good looking house with CC). I did use a cheat thought and that was to allow acress between the garage and the living room (I put a door there by using Moveobjects on).

Enjoy your new house, I can think of plenty of things to do with it, can you?

Should work on any computer, probably lag alot on slow computers, especially with big families.

To Install: Extract the file to Your Docements/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads. Make sure you go and click on the pack so it's installed properly. Should appear in the usual area of CC houses in the game/

Note: I was thinking of adding a picture of my favourite actress but I decided not to, I was also gonna put some paintings up that a sim made but I wasn't sure if they would appear plus I would have to move the sim in and out in order to do that.

Please tell me if you have any problems, I will leave the house empty in my game for a few days just incase (And then I will move a Spring family member in, yes they are an actual family in my game but didn't actually live in that Mansion).

Feel free to edit the house to your own liking (I like the wallpaper and floor, but some people might not) but please do not upload it and credit it as your own.

Compatible packs: Note: You don't nessacary need the stuff packs but some are recolors and items from Expansions and Stuff Packs so to fully enjoy this house then that's what needed. Freetime is NOT needed so don't worry (Feel free to addd FT stuff to the house, I can't because it's not working for me).
