Seaside Mansion

Well, this would be my first upload here=). I saw this house on my way back from the beach and I really liked it so I decided to try to build it. Im very happy with the outcome, probably the nicest house ive made yet=).

It costs about 62000
For the most part, its unfurnished, but I did stick a few things around outside like benches and stuff.
Three bedroom three bathrooms, has a study, second and third story decks, rooftop jacuzi, the "ocean" in the back yard with a nice little dock going out into it, and a circley staircase in the back leading to the decks. I tried to make a swimmable lake for the ocean but it didnt want to work for me...so its just a regular lake.

Requires nightlife but needs no custom content, everything here is maxis stuff=).
