Not everyone has all the ep's and sp's, so I've decided to make a tiny starter house which will require only base game. Here you have the results:P


It is a small lot, but you have enough space to add for example a car driveway, a pool, expand garden or just add and extra room. Costs are under 20k, so it has got ascetic look. But when your Sims will earn some extra money and you spend some time decorating, you will see that every single thing has got a real beauty hidden inside - you just need to find it.
