Sooo, okay this is my first upload ever. It's supposed to be where I live as best as I could get it. I actually live in a basement suite, but what Sim loves living in a basement with only three windows? I don't know of any, so I made it a first floor with many more windows than I've got!

The price is $17,983 and it's furnished with the essentials. A couch, bookcase, table, two chairs, double bed, basic kitchen appliances, and a nightstand with lamp. There's a standing lamp in the tv/living room as well as ceiling lamps.

Also, not included is the the bedding recolour number 23 (the blue one) by mintcherry. His recolours are fantastic
