Hello! This lot is made using the basegame only (on a mac) with very minimal custom content, as you will see below.

It's made to look similar, but not exactly, like a Vancouver Special. These were houses built in a particular architectural style in the period from roughly 1965 to 1985 in Vancouver, British Colombia. They are characterized by their “box-like” structure, low-pitched roofs, balconies across the front of the house, and brick or stone finishes on the ground floor level of the facade with stucco elsewhere.

For 19,953 Simoleons, 66 Chase Street includes a small bathroom and the basic kitchen appliances. The 2nd floor contains a bedroom and there is also room to add a second bedroom if needed. The yard is minimum maintenance and there is room for a driveway or perhaps you'll want to fence it off. The 2nd floor balcony is small, but great if your Sim is looking for some fresh air late at night.
