Have a growing family? Don't have a lot of Simeoleons, but you need a bigger house?!!

This entry level Four Bedroom, Two Bathroom Blukompressor home is on a small lot but packs in big features!

The lot features:

The Master Bedroom and Bathroom are on the main level

Three Bedrooms and a Bathroom on the second level

There is a two story foyer with a split staircase, family room, dining room, front living room or office, and kitchen. There is a front balcony off of one of the bedrooms, and there is a side balcony off of the upstairs bathroom.

There is room for for a driveway and driveway extenstion.

The Lot has a moderate amount of landscaping, and the house is not furnished to help keep costs down.
