Have a growing family? Don't have a lot of Simeoleons, but you need a bigger house?!!

This entry level Four Bedroom, Two Bathroom Blukompressor home is on a small lot but packs in big features!

The lot features:

The Master Bedroom and Bathroom are on the main level

Three Bedrooms and a Bathroom on the second level

There is a two story foyer with a split staircase, family room, dining room, front living room or office, and kitchen. There is a front balcony off of one of the bedrooms, and there is a side balcony off of the upstairs bathroom.

There is room for for a driveway and driveway extenstion.

The Lot has a moderate amount of landscaping, and the house is not furnished to help keep costs down.

I have the Glamour Stuff Pack. While none of the content from the packs is included, it would be best for those of you with out it to install it using the CleanInstaller. Thanks!
