This is the beginning in the Highview Court series that I will be creating. This is a community based shopping mall with four attractive stores. Unfortunately with only the base game the stores aren't all too attractive but will serve your sims as a grocery store, a clothes boutique and a games/comic store. There are actually two clothes boutiques: one like a cheap store and the other is a more expensive and elegant boutique. There is also a small area out the front which with Open for Business you could turn into a plant store. The lot features a full length swimming pool at the back for your sims to relax.

Hope you have fun playing this lot. With expansion packs you could turn into so much more but I'm focusing on building lots with only the base game at the moment.
