Here it is, the ultimate summer hangout for your sims! Swim, get buff, meet new people!

Features:
Lobby (Actually kind of like a little general store where you can buy clothes or magazines; supposedly, that's where sims buy their memberships and stuff. If you need space for OFB-related items to make this into a profitable venue lot, you'd put these in the lobby.)

P.S. Also included, one bathroom stall recolor by Nemi used on the lot, because I couldn't find anyplace saying I can't re-post it as part of my lot.
