Ok. Yes, this is my first upload here. And no, I don't mind critisism.

This is a small (2x2) Australian beach-themed place. It's perfect for a small family, or, as I originally intended, for a couple of party-hungry surfie-types and their girlfriends.

It has two double bedrooms and a spare bed upstairs. Two full bathrooms, and open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The 'attic' is where the party action happens with a bar and bubble blower, and there's a barbie and spa on the back verandah with an 'esky' out front (so your sims can perv at the passing townies in comfort, while kicking back on the deck chairs).

This is the lot I've tested with (Grrr... I lost the original lot) , so all objects are slightly depreciated. But the orange tree and veggie garden are ripe for the pickings.
