Hello once again! Today I'm here with a Modern Cafe. I don't know if it looks "true modern" but I think it does from what other creators create. Anyways, yes, this does require IKEA. I tried using base game starter but an error popps up so I couldn't create a base game version. Enjoy this cafe!

This is one beautiful cafe for you simmies! This restaurant is capable for 20 people [max] and is a cafe/restaurant. This restaurant has a family table, a couple table [x5], booster section, a small kitchen, a restroom, two outside tables, a waiting place [tv, books, coffee place], and a garden place in the back yard where you can walk through.
