Remember that cheap house Ranch Retreat? Well it has now been taken to a new level. Well, split level actually. I remodeled this cheap two bedroom home into a one bedroom, one bathroom, with a dining room and living room. It also has a stone patio in the front yard and a willow tree in the back. I put in new windows and doors and added some color. Then, changed the exterior by picking new colored siding with some white brick.

The house comes unfurnished except for basic appliances and plumbing.
