This design shows an elegant, two storys high house in colonialstyle.

It has a big kitchen with a dinette. Next to the kitchen you also have a grand dinning room where you can have formal dinners.
You also have a big living room and a coverd porch.

The house has 3 badrooms and 5 bedrooms. And becouse it onley costs
+- 45.000 § it's a grand family house.
The house has a big and landscaped garden. It's possible to make it larger or to put a pool in the backyard.

I didn't use downloads to build this house. I hope you have fun with this house and sorry for my poor English.
