I made this apartment complex because I wanted a new apt building in my game and because I love the show Dexter.

I don't really love the look of this building, but tried to mix it up a little by adding more floors, two penthouse units, an indoor lobby and stairway.

I furnished each unit, for some reason only part of the items show up in the game, so I guess you have to use the "rent furnished" (boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true) cheat.

Since there is no CC in this building, I'm sure you will furnish it the way you like, if you download....I know I will.

There is two studio units, four 1 bedroom, two 2 bedrooms, and two three level, 4 bedroom penthouse units.

There's obviously a big pool, with a pool house with bathrooms and community showers for visitors.

The apartment on the second floor, right hand side, decorated with the angled desk is the apartment Dexter (Michael C. Hall ) lives in on the show.

I had to cut out one section completely, since the huge lot does not fit it and it's almost impossible to get an shot of each floor as it is.

Sorry about not being able to capture the full lot in those pictures since the game will not zoom out anymore.

The last picture is a shot of the actual building, located in Miami, Florida.
