zymish (thanks )told me that the garage don't work for a family if it has a door to a common area. Then I've made some changes to resolve that. But I can't make a pretty modification. I decided to convert the garage to a sauna, jakuzzi and massage area. I hope you like it. Now the apartments cost from 1771 to 2218 simoleons

Hi!

This is my first upload, a seven apartments lot on 4 levels. No custom content. 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms, and living, dining and a kitchen. Two have a balcony.

The common areas include a gym, a big terrace, and a swimming pool.
I tested with a "visitor" family of two, and they enjoy them :P.

Don't forget rent it furnished using the cheat

All expansions required.
