I recently started building my own houses, trying to actually make them look good more than just functional.
I thought this one worked out pretty well, but of course I'm still just trying and figuring things out. I thought it looked rather expensive on the inside with the leather and the dark stuff. I personally like it a lot.
It's a very simple house. It has NO custom content (yay!) and NO hacks.
Because I didn't want to make it all that expensive I didn't landscape it all that much, but added a driveway.
I think this house would be perfect for a Romance or Pleasure Sim, cause well.. there's no room for family and plenty of room to do fun stuff
I didn't really furnish anything but the absolute basics.
I got you a kitchen block with 2 bar stools, a desk with a computer, a double bed, a shower/tub, toilet and a sink.
