This is my first post for a while so I am starting off small. This is a house for those simmies who have just scarped enough money together to buy a little more luxury.
The house comes furnished with a basic kitchen and 2 basic bathrooms.
Upstairs:
1 double bedroom
1 bathroom
1 single bedroom
First Floor:
Kitchen / Dining area / living room (open plan)
Basement / Ground Floor:
Bedroom / living space
1 bathroom
The spotlights shown on the outside of the house are not included as they are not allowed to be used in download houses. But I thought they gave the house a nice finish so I have shown them in the pictures.
