3 Bedroom European Style Home

This is another house I really had to copy! I just loved the whole look of it and being surrounded by trees. Honestly, I don't think I did the real one justice - but I am still happy with how this house came out - it's now one of my favourites!

Anyway, the ground floor features a sitting area, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, sunken living room, study, powder room, mud room, and a 2 car garage.

Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a TV area.

Outside there is a pool and extensive landscaping with an outdoor table.

This house has been playtested by the "Cooke" family who reports that everything (even the cheated "wall unit" in the living room ) works as it should. It's also fully fenced to keep those annoying strays from digging holes in your yard or wrecking your plants. :P

Now, I know the light fitting in the dining room sticks out through the roof. Sorry about that. But I really needed a two storey light fitting because I didn't want a regular one floating in mid-air. :/ So I was willing to put up with it. I did ponder for quite some time how I could somehow cover it up, but I had a headache so I didn't feel like bothering with it too much. :P
