Pedar Runnestrand promised his future bride, Mina, a house she could be proud of and fill it with the laughter of children. Mina wanted a daughter, but after three boys, she gave up hope of having a little girl. An unexpected pregnancy finally gifted Mina with the daughter she wanted. Pedar's job transfered him to another state, so the Runnestrands had to put their house up for sale.

This three bedroom house was built with love and the filled with the laughter of children. The house has a nursery, three baths, livingroom with a fireplace, game room, kitchen, dining room, and reading area. The pond was dug by hand and stocked with fish. Pedar landscaped the lot and made certain all of the shrubs can be reached to be trimmed.

Pedar planned for the future and left plenty of room for playground equipment and a garden.


The house has been play tested for a full sim year, all of the shrubs can be reached.
