Here is another modern house for your sims. It has 2 bedroom and 1 1/2 baths. There is a lovely kitchen/ dining area and a living room. Outside, there is a pool.














I did not include the following in the .rar.
-You can get the kitchen/dining room set from Buggybooz . While you're there, I recommend the Kitchen Klutter and the Culinary Clutter. It just makes the kitchen look more realistic. Oh yeah, remember to thank Buggybooz for here marvelous creations!
