I am one of many people who will forever love Knightskykyte for her making and sharing her beautiful skintones: KSK V3 TASTY Beautiful Realistic Skintones PLUS "Spooky" Defaults
I put her skin on Louis' elf ears 1 to match them.
The mesh is by Louis, but since the site is down, here's an alternate link: MESH.

I call them elf ears, but really they can be used for any sort of simmish creature you can imagine. Remember to download the matching skintones by KSK! A link to the skintones is at the top of this page.
Find the ears in accessories under glasses for all ages except toddler.
