This again is the revised version...I completely redid the roofline and have added a second zip file ...both files are complete...so you only have to download ONE file...not both!

Hi everyone!

This is my European Style Townhouse....it has 4 bedrooms...3 1/2 baths...features an open concept...master bedroom...open at one end...able to see down 2 lvls.
Has a full walkout basement...partially develpoed.
We have built a Gazebo...for those relaxing evenings.
There is a single unattached garage...on this property...and its your all yours for the low priced special of the week....only 140,617...big ones...and take it for a quick sale unfurnished...for the unprecidented low price of 90,503...sheesh did I say that out loud???

*please note....I have added a second zip pkg file and a picture of a revised roofline...I think it looks better...but you can pick...!
