Hi my friends!

This is about my first community building,
I thought on making it more usefull then normal
and include more areas than possible.

This is not only a health centre since it haves
also besides the gym and private Pool area, a bar with
TV rest room, and connected by a Wooden Bridge
a 6 Bedroom building Motel, also haves as usual
detailled as possible landscaping garden.

Not much we can do in the smaller sized Lots,
since the room to get creative is limited and you have to
think clear and pratical to make the house playable!

House detailles

In the main building a gym , a large Bar and TV restroom,
a WC, a wooden bridge is conecting to the the Motel
Building that haves 2 floor with the total of 6 Bedrooms
with a private Bathroom each, this makes a total of
7 Bathrooms in this lot.

Outside there is a small Barbacue area, and a Parking lot
for 3 cars near the main building entrance, also the
Private lot Swimming pool with a Tiki Bar.

Notes

There are a lot of items here that I recolored
to bring the all Lote more athemosfere, walls,
objects...
