Barbados Style Modern House (1-6+ Sims)

I really wanted a large modern house and couldnt find any I liked so I made my own. I used real house plans of course, as I do with all my houses, since I am not very creative.

This house has plently of room for a very large family and would look nice on a beach lot. Its very open with lots of windows and white stone wall colors. There is a small garage with an apartment overhead. I finally put the tutorials to good use by making half walls with split staircase. Theres a formal dining room and a large eat-in kitchen next to the theater room which is great for entertaining. The first floor gym/rec room could be turned into yet another bedroom with a seperate walkway to the pool. Also notice the attempt at a backsplash above the sink. It is decorated with only a few items. Another small detail is the wall above the pool is supposed to be a waterfall. Since I dont think we can do that yet I left it as is.
