This is a fully furnished 1 bedroom hobbit house.

I was practicing in preparation for a Bag End version that i wanted to create and i came up with this. It looked kinda cute so i decided to share it in case someone wants to use it in their game.

The curved roof (to simulate the house being built into a hill) was built on top of a 1 click high second story wall which was later deleted. This gives the added advantage of no warped main level walls. That means that the layout inside can be changed with no need of the CFE cheat. Yay!

Lot size is 2x3, fully furnished costs a little under 65k. The package has been scanned with Clean Installer and play tested for about one sim week. I hope you enjoy it!
