I really, truly, from the bottom of my heart hope you like it.
Here, I'll do some description for ya:



-ground floor:
--kitchen - separated from the rest with half wall
--dining room - separated from living room with a curtain
--living room
--bathroom



-1st floor:
--two rooms with hallway
--balcony

There's no driveway since the lot is very small, but I think the backyard's big enough for anything else - there's plenty of space, if you want to add something(like dog house, chairs and table, etc.).
As you can see, there are archways on each corner of the house. I saw couple of houses with this kind of thing, but only on one corner. I thought it was kinda stupid-looking. So I added 3 more on my house.
The ground floor contains kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. The 1st three aren't separated by full walls.
The 1st floor is more like an attic. There are 2 rooms, and in each room is one bed(note: this house is not made for couples). At the end of the hallway are doors which lead to the balcony(mmm, nice romantic nights spent on the bench :lovestruc )
I added few more details like two trees at the front, to make it more natural and comfortable looking.

May your Sims enjoy the jacuzzi and watching the stars on the bench!
