The Warlock - A Quaint 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom house

This is the first house I made for the Sims 3 as well as being my first upload to Mod the Sims. It is 100% Sim Tested and everything works as it should. It is a one story home with a garage connected using no cheats so there is no foundation.



The Warlock is a quaint three bedroom two bathroom house with a two car garage (cars not included) and an open floor plan. It sits at 477 Sunnydale Blvd in Sunset Valley in my game making it the house next door to the Wolff family. Between the back deck and the pond it makes it perfect to place near an ocean or river but feel free to place anywhere you like in your neighborhood.

As you can see there is a driveway that goes in front of the house. I already tested to make sure you can add three more cars in the stone driveway area by placing driveway markers. I actually got four but it was really tight.

The lot is 30X30 making it a medium size lot

Nice view from the ocean. I tell ya, it took forever to figure out how to get my sim out there to take this pic. First I couldn't find a boat, then the sim didn't want to get wet....(Ok Only kidding LOL)


My orginal plan for this house was to make it two stories but it was not working out so I just redesigned until I was happy. I think it came out better than I had intended.

The Warlock is named after the Architect SciFi Warlock. ENJOY!
