Evergreen Gables is a lovely family home. It has three levels and a lot of room for a family of 4-5 sims. The upper attic level has a nice sloping ceiling, like many older homes. The master bedroom on the main floor has a charming bay window overlooking the front yard. The basement has an outdoor exit, allowing easier passage for your sims.


The house and lot are fully furnished. The total cost for the lot is $146, 564. It has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. No custom content was used in the construction of this lot.
