Uniquity without Unison

Uniquity without Unison is situated on a 3x3 lot and takes up most of the space, with a nice little 'moat' covering the sides around it! It also sits at price of 138,247 simoleons. This house is recommended for medium sized-richer families. This house DOES NOT include a nursery, but you may add on in, so this is not recommended for babies or toddlers. (unless you add a nursery, of course.) This house is two bedrooms. Considering your sims are very flexible, this home can hold 3-5 sims successfully. Most of the space in the house is completely unoccupied by anything, including floors. This is a very lofty building, with wodden fences guarding most of the edges within.

Uniquity without Unison is the name because it is unique, and unison means singularity. This is a home mixed with modern style along with elegance. Fit for 3-5 people. This is a very lofty house, which I like. I like lofty houses because it seems more spacy and fresh, which is what Sims need. There is a lot of split levels that really show you how cool this house is. Including the 'floating kitchen'. The funny thing is how you can see the family room down below from the top floor. I suggest you don't look down. This 3x3 lot has everything a Sim would need. An big office made with excellent custom content (see who made these cool things in the credits!) and more!
