Hey folks!
After a little break with Sims 3 (my computer was not working like I wanted) I tried to make a little nice house with a little garden. I know it's not special but maybe you will like it?!
Just put it to the downloads like other houses and install it with the sims3 launcher.
To the house:
At the outsite it has got a garden with tomatos, two apple trees, garlic and grapes. The first floor is the garage. The second floor has a little bathroom with only a tolilette and a basin. The living room and the kitchen is one room together. You can find a bedroom for a children here too. The third floor has a little study room. The studyroom is also the room who you will appear when you're going upstairs from the second floor to the third floor. At the third floor you can also find a bathroom and a bedroom.
The whole house has no download objects. The walls and objects have just the custom colours made by me.
