Hello Everyone!
Its been a long time since i uploaded a lot.
Now here it is, My First Sims 3 Residential Lot.
This lot requires the WA, this lot is in Sunset Valley near the beach.
This is my sims Villa, Shes been living here for a month now.
I decide to share it , I hope that you will like it as much as I do.
This Villa has 1 car garage, (you can park 2 cars outside the garage in front of the house ), 2 bedroom, 2 and half bath, a pool, a garden for veggies and fruits, a secret garden for relaxing ( thats what I call it :D), office for our simmies and a basement.
The size is 40X40 and it costs 317,909 simoleons.
