ello Everyone. This home is part of the NINE-part series:the "Tear down Series". The name is kinda self-explanatory... Each home in the series is a "tear down", or a major remodel of a smaller less fortunate house. If you look at the tour map (below in the pictures section), this house is numbered as "4". It is the 5rd largest home on the tour!

This home was my family's house in the Sims--and it is one of my favorites on the tour. It features luxury around each corner, with a hint of simpleness. This home has a similar floorplan to two of the other houses on the tour, but this home is the best of the three. The other two will be posted shortly.

Anyhow, this house's main theme was it's appearance. The outside has so many tricks coming from landscaping to the exterior "paint" (walls). The home has great curb appeal, and a fantastic backyard. The backyard is partially fenced in. There is also a pond in the back. Here are the facts:

Yes, yes it is true that some creepy old woman did wonder my house for awhile... no joke! Anyhow, I hope you enjoy this house. Like I said, it was my sims' actual house for awhile, until the next home came along. (Wait until you see it... It too is on the tour!).
