Welcome to Europe Lane 52!
It has been a long time since I played Sims 2, but now I started again, and to celebrate that, I made a new lot!
My laptop doesn’t like expansion packs, so I only have the base game installed. That’s why this one is base game only! And even better: it has no custom content in it!

I made this lot while I was building a house for my Legacy family. It’s a one story home with a kitchen, a livingroom, one bedroom and one bathroom. This one is fixtures only, which means there’s a furnished bathroom (toilet, sink and shower) and kitchen (stove, fridge and counters).

This house is perfect for your little couple who just got married, or for your elder Sims who like to spend their last days in the quiet surroundings of this little house.
You’ll pay about §22 000 for it.
